Karate is one of Chithra Aman's life passions. Her karate training began early at the age of 9 and she was fortunate to be trained by Ex-Sensei Moses Tilak, President of the All India Karate Federation.

Chithra competed and won many State, National and International Tournaments. She has demonstrated karate across India and the United States.

Active as a USA NKF Kumite "D" level Referree and Kata "B" level Judge, Chithra has immersed herself in the Karate world and started her own Karate training center in Coppell, Texas.

Sensei Aman has trained hundreds of students. Her classes run Monday through Saturday and private lessons are scheduled by appointment.

​

There is no age limit when learning karate. She teaches all ages...from 3.5 years and up. Parents are welcome to join us on Saturday morning for a free, 30-minute trial class.
